Debra Allen is an active volunteer who works closely with the Institute for Human Services (IHS), Hawai‘i’s leading nonprofit focused on ending homelessness and restoring lives. Through her investigative expertise and deep local knowledge, Debra has assisted IHS in reuniting families from both the mainland and Hawai‘i with loved ones who have gone missing or are living unhoused on the islands.

Her work has helped bridge communication gaps between families and vulnerable individuals, bringing hope and healing to those affected by separation, displacement, and mental health challenges. Debra is proud to support the compassionate, tireless efforts of IHS, whose programs provide emergency shelter, outreach services, case management, and long-term solutions to break the cycle of homelessness.
